Our Philosophy

Low & Slow. No Shortcuts.

Every cut is hand-selected from local farms. Dry-rubbed with our signature blend of 14 spices. Smoked over post oak and mesquite for 12 to 16 hours. No gas, no pellets, no rushing. Just fire, wood, and patience. The way BBQ was meant to be.

14-hour smoked Black Angus brisket. Post oak. House rub. Served with pickles and white bread.

Pulled Pork 14 EUR

Heritage pork shoulder. 16 hours over cherry wood. Carolina gold sauce on the side.

Beef Short Ribs 22 EUR

Dino-sized bone-in ribs. Salt and pepper only. 8 hours of pure smoke.

Smoked Sausage 12 EUR

House-made beef and pork links. German-Texan recipe. Snappy casing, juicy inside.

Half Chicken 15 EUR

Free-range chicken. Brined 24h, smoked 4h over applewood. Crispy skin guaranteed.

The Pit Boss Platter 38 EUR

Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausage. All four sides. For the truly hungry. Feeds 2.
